Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week guaranteed, with exceptions for specific holiday weeks (Independence Day, Labor Day – 32-hour weeks).

Qualifications:

• Valid and active California RN license required
• Proven experience as an OR Circulator or in Operating Room nursing
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• TB clearance performed within the past 12 months
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform circulating duties in the operating room, ensuring all surgical procedures adhere to established protocols
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, responding quickly to any changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia care providers, and other perioperative team members
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety practices
• Accurately document care and respond to physician orders in a timely manner
• Support a smooth workflow by preparing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment as required
