• Site leadership in a very technical, regulated fabrication/ assembly product environment

• Aerospace/ Defense preferred

• Multisite preferred (supports succession and growth planning)

• A builder who seeks rapid growth, low bureaucracy environments

• Embraces artificial intelligence (AI) tools and new technologies

• Able to have DoD clearance. Ie a "US person"

• Engineering degree; graduate technical / MBA preferred
