About Us
Lawn Bros is a growing lawn and landscaping company proudly serving Shelby County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Lawn Care Team Lead to lead a crew while delivering high-quality lawn maintenance and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2-3 person lawn care crew.
- Operate and transport commercial lawn equipment safely.
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services.
- Ensure all work meets Lawn Bros quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Communicate daily schedules, customer concerns, and job updates with management.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required.
- Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping services such as mulching, shrub trimming, and seasonal cleanups.
- DOT medical card is a plus.
- Experience operating stand-on and zero-turn mowers.
