## Healthcare Relationship ManagerApplylocations: Brooklyn, OHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: June 12, 2026 (8 days left to apply)job requisition id: R-40072**Location:**4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio**Job Summary** Proactively engage medical doctors and professionals to deepen their banking relationships by offering tailored financial solutions that support their personal and professional financial goals. **Essential Functions*** Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with medical professionals via phone, email, and digital channels to introduce banking products and services.* Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships by understanding unique financial needs, including practice financing, wealth management, and student loan refinancing.* Consultative Selling: Present customized banking solutions such as checking, savings, credit lines, loans and financial advisors to assist with investment services* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track interactions using sales management tools.* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and financial advisors to deliver holistic financial solutions.* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in the healthcare industry and financial needs of medical professionals.* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.* Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice* Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key. **Education*** High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience (required)* Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Work Experience*** Experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or healthcare-related sectors (required)* Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or professionals (preferred) **Licenses and Certifications*** FINRA License S6 Upon Hire (required)* FINRA License S63 Upon Hire (required)* FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire (required)* Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire (required) **Skills*** Knowledge of banking products and services* Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills* Demonstrated ability to attain sales and referral goals through preset appointments and quality conversations leading to recommendations that support client’s financial wellness goals, leveraging system generated lead lists and professional contacts.* Consultative sales approach* Sales Management (CRM) proficiency* Knowledge of the healthcare industry (preferred) **Core Competencies*** All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and abide by Key’s Code of Conduct. **Physical Demands*** General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs. **Travel*** Occasional travel to include overnight stay. **Driving Requirements*** Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license. **Work Location Category** * Hybrid (Sales)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $30.29 - $46.15 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
