Mold Shield LLC A Same Day Mold Service Company is seeking a Receptionist to provide welcoming, responsive front-desk support for our onsite team.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, friendly experience while supporting day-to-day office operations. This role is essential to maintaining smooth communication, accurate information flow, and efficient coordination across teams.

In addition to greeting guests and answering phones, the Receptionist helps keep the front desk organized and ensures inquiries are routed appropriately. The ideal candidate is calm, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

• Schedule and coordinate appointments or service-related requests as directed, ensuring accurate information is captured

• Manage front-desk workflow, including maintaining an organized reception area and monitoring incoming messages

• Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and assisting with general office coordination

• Communicate clearly with internal team members to ensure timely follow-up and accurate handoffs

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent practical experience)

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in person and over the phone

• Comfortable working onsite and supporting daily front-desk operations

• Reliable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility in meeting day-to-day coverage needs

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn internal processes quickly

• Prior experience in reception, customer service, or a front-desk administrative role

• Experience handling appointment scheduling or coordinating service requests

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate information

• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, service-focused attitude

Hourly rate: $15 - $17
