Openings Available:

• 1 Intervention Specialist (BFLIC SPED, behavioral unit—maximum 12 students, 1 para per class)
• 2 Intervention Specialists (MDLIC SPED, multiple disabilities—maximum 8 students, 2 paras per class)
• 1 Cross-Categorical SPED

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher licensure (Ohio or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience with behavioral, multiple disabilities, and/or cross-categorical classrooms preferred
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective, individualized educational strategies
• Work closely with paras and support staff to ensure student success
• Collaborate with administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and manage IEP goals
