Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Collect and accurately document client data during therapy sessions Collaborate with supervising clinicians, families, and treatment teams Support parent and caregiver training as directed Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for clients Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and ongoing professional development Assist with additional clinical or administrative responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED Willingness to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the required timeframe CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Negative TB test Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift, squat, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds) Passion for working with children and a commitment to continuous learning Preferred: Some college coursework or Bachelor's degree Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism Schedule This is a full-time, center-based position.
