Tube Machine Setup Operator - 1st & 2nd ShiftBosch Home Solutions is seeking a Tube Machine Setup Operator. This position sets up and operates one or more tube bending machines to produce parts according to design, specifications and ensuring quality, safety and production efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsSet up, operate, and adjust tube bending machines to meet specificationsPerform program corrections and machine parameter adjustments (speed, pressure, tooling)Handle materials to and from workstationsAssist maintenance with tooling changes and equipment troubleshootingMaintain production and quality recordsReport on equipment issues and required maintenanceMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications and perform rework as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience operating machinery, tube bending equipment preferredAbility to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
