Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls
Address insurance inquiries
Review and update personal lines policies
Recommend savings options to clients
Assist with insurance claims support
Job Requirements
Preferred if client holds a valid Personal Lines License
will have to get license within 30 days of hire.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Warm, professional manner
Strives for exceptional client satisfaction
