Position highlights:

Board certified or board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician

Location: 15 S. McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL

Full time: 1.0 FTE, 36 patient-facing hours

Outpatient only

Hours: Mon - Fri - one early day (7am), one late day (7pm), and one Sat/month (4 hours)

Call: 2 weeks/year

Salary range: [$250,000- $585,998]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications:

Minimum education level

Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum licensure requirements

Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum certification requirements

Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
