The division offers a diverse portfolio of brands such as Rain-X, Black Magic and Gumout.Core Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Financial LeadershipDrive continuous, above-market growth through strong financial leadership and insight-driven decision makingAdvise and guide leadership on financial implications of key business decisions across product, customer, promotion, and people strategiesPartner on development and execution of annual and long-range strategic plansLeverage data, analytics, and market insights to influence business direction and performanceOperational Excellence & Performance ImprovementLead initiatives to achieve operational excellence, including process simplification and efficiency improvementsImplement changes that reduce complexity and enhance financial outcomesDrive adoption of best practices aligned with enterprise business modelsEnsure strong forecasting, planning, and performance management disciplineTalent & Organizational DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing and diverse finance teamEstablish a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementDevelop a strong pipeline of future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent developmentFoster an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and engagementRequired Competencies:Strategic Leadership: Ability to set direction, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teamsBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesFinancial Expertise: Advanced capability in financial planning, analysis, and data-driven decision makingRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory costing and control, operational accounting, and financial statement management.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role with direct people leadership responsibility.Demonstrated experience leading and working within successful cross-functional project teams.Experience working in a manufacturing business as a plant controller preferred.Proven track record of delivering business results and driving profitable growthExperience leveraging data, forecasting, and market trends to shape strategic plansStrong background as a strategic business partner influencing senior leadership decisionsDemonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams, including talent development and succession planningITW is an equal opportunity employer.
