Ability to manage restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with policies and health standards. Experience in food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards. Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to drive improvements. Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents. Computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel. High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience required.
