The Position
- Preparation of tax individual and business returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990). This position will be include full preparation, including contacting clients for information, gathering, and follow up.
Compensation
Hourly compensation according to skill level, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and good follow up with clients.
- Must have a good understanding of the tax code and be an experienced individual/business tax preparer
- A minimum of 3-5 years and tax preparation experience.
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Must have experience and ability to prepare and review all types of US tax returns.
- Fluent English: well-spoken, and possess strong writing skills.
- CPA or EA preferred but would consider a highly skilled and seasoned tax preparer with an active PTIN Number.
Software
- Experience with Lacerte Tax Software
- Quickbooks.
