Pay: $25.50/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and production team. In this role, you will operate powered industrial equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility. Safety, quality, and efficiency are at the core of everything we do, and adherence to HACCP, Food Safety, Food Defense, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and other transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas to support operations.
• Utilize inventory tracking and barcode scanning systems to manage inventory movements.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and components.
• Transport unfinished and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Operate scales, stretch-wrap equipment, and other distribution tools.
• Complete receiving and shipping paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Dispose of waste appropriately, including recycling and bale creation.
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manufacturing processes accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and cross-training opportunities.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• Experience with inventory systems and barcode scanning technology.
• HAZWOPER certification is a plus (training may be provided by the company).
