Hybrid Inventory & Projects Coordinator

Project Coordinator (Inventory Management/Supply Chain) Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Location: Irving, Texas (1–2 days onsite a week) Pay Range: $26/hr. What's the Job? Assist in managing project scope, schedule, and resources throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders Maintain and update project status logs and contribute to progress reports for clients and management Support the implementation and execution of projects with administrative and logistical tasks What's Needed? Proven experience in administration, organization, scheduling, and meeting coordination Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) Inventory Management/Supply Chain experience Experience managing and facilitating MS Teams chats, files, calendars, calls, and meetings Strong communication skills and a personable approach, especially in client‑facing interactions with senior management Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and support multiple team members effectively What's in it for me?
