Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized treatment strategies that enable them to achieve their desired goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities.
• Collaborate in a Team Environment: Partner effectively with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as physicians and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, supporting continued progress at home.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and modify plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
