A boutique family law firm in Corona is seeking attorneys at varying levels of experience to join its growing practice. The firm is open to junior, mid-level, and senior attorneys, provided they have meaningful family law experience.

The practice handles complex family law matters with a focus on structured support, client service, and efficient case management. Attorneys work closely with internal support staff to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Practice Areas:

• Divorce
• Child custody
• Child support
• Spousal support
• Parentage matters

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct client consultations and case strategy discussions
• Handle RFO hearings and motion practice
• Appear in court throughout Southern California
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Manage settlement negotiations and client communication
• Maintain caseload of approximately 50–80 matters
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure case progression

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ consecutive years of family law experience required
• Active California Bar membership
• Hearing and motion experience required
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and courtroom presence
• Ability to manage cases independently

Compensation:

• Junior (2–5 years): up to $175,000
• Senior: $175,000 – $275,000
• Bonus opportunities available

Work Expectations:

• In-office role (Corona, CA)
• 1,515 annual billable hours
• Approx. 32.25 hours/week target over 47 weeks
• 50–80 active cases per attorney

Salary Range: $120,000 - $275,000
