Our client is an AI and automation company that builds autonomous digital workers designed to optimize sales and customer engagement processes. Their platform offers AI-powered sales development solutions, enabling companies to enhance productivity and scale operations without increasing headcount.
About the Role
Our client’s company builds autonomous digital workers. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with experience in fast-growing SaaS / AI companies. As we help companies scale through AI SDRs, you should have a background in sales or has extensive experience in working with the sales persona.
You will work with many of our renowned customers as we scale rapidly.
Core Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Deep understanding of Customer Success metrics with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer-centric processes.
- Hands-on mindset: willing to operate at all levels and take ownership of tasks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new strategies.
