- Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)
- Commission paid weekly
- Average total compensation: $60,000$85,000/year
- No cold calling receive 1520 qualified inbound calls daily
- MondayThursday: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM ( half-day Fridays!)
- Handle 1520 inbound calls/day from interested clients
- Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
- Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
- Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service
- 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Licensed in health insurance ( preferred, not required )
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
- Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
- Weekly pay base + commission
- High-quality inbound leads
- Licensing Sponsorship Program available
