What Youll Earn

Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)
Commission paid weekly
Average total compensation: $60,000$85,000/year
No cold calling receive 1520 qualified inbound calls daily

Work Schedule

MondayThursday: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM ( half-day Fridays!)

Responsibilities

Handle 1520 inbound calls/day from interested clients
Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
Strong communication and organization skills
Licensed in health insurance ( preferred, not required )
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
