We are currently accepting a limited number of agents for our Gulfport office. This opportunity is open to both licensed, producing agents and newly licensed or career-changing individuals who want structured, hands‑on training. What We Offer Professional photography and video production support on listings Established media and press relationships across the Gulf Coast A built brand identity and marketing infrastructure you can use from day one A small, closely supported team with direct access to broker leadership in both offices Structured onboarding and hands‑on training, led by our Gulfport Managing/ ResponsibleBroker Commission-based compensation (details discussed in interview) Responsibilities Represent buyers and/or sellers in residential/ commercial real estate transactions Generate and manage leads, and maintain client relationships throughout the transaction Conduct property showings, market analyses, and listing presentations Collaborate with the marketing team on listing content, photography, and promotion Maintain compliance with Mississippi Real Estate Commission standards and brokerage policy Participate in team training and ongoing professional development Requirements Active Mississippi real estate license, or actively enrolled in / committed to completing Mississippi pre-licensing coursework Ability to work as an independent contractor and manage a self-directed business Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone/computer #J-18808-Ljbffr
