The position is a hands-on technical role within the Operational Technology team. Qualified candidates will have an immediate impact utilizing experience, current solution sets and tools to continue support of the current environment. Also, the qualified candidate should be able to closely collaborate with team members, other OT teams and customers to help develop robust, well-organized plans to implement solutions within short time-frames with minimal risk and interruption of serviceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelp maintain and monitor Veeam Backup and Recovery servers and jobsSupporting other team members with all Veeam administrative functions to ensure all backups are successfulMonitoring and maintaining all servers in plant domainsSupport all file services, backups and server patching effortsArchitecting solutions for process improvementAutomating and/or writing/editing scripts to automate job functionsCross-training other team members, sharing information with others, documenting all processesSupporting other team members with various administrative functions and troubleshooting effortsParticipate in the on-call rotationPart of the team responsible for disaster recoveryWorking incidents, tasks, change requests and server new builds assigned to teamTroubleshooting issues to resolutionParticipation in project delivery work, including device configuration, planning, and vendor coordination.Work with users to understand their needs and with OT personnel to develop effective system solutions for assigned applications.Provide succinct and timely, up-to-date project / system documentation; including drawingsPerform hardware and software upgrades for new and existing equipment as needed.Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related technical disciplines or certification with practical experience and 2 - 5 years of related experience.Ability to handle multiple workloads at the same time/multi-task3+ years experience with supporting or using backup and recovery technologies3+ years experience with supporting large production server environments3+ years experience with SCOM or other monitoring tool3+ years experience with SCCM, specifically server patching and reporting2+ years experience with scripting tools, such as PowerShell, reading and writing scriptsExperience working with SQL and writing SQL queries, ideally relating to SCCM and Backup solutionsEffective written & verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills to work in a team environment, establishing & maintaining good working relationships with others, to support team & company objectives, and a willingness to work in all operational areas.Strong dedication to quality customer service and superior telephone etiquette with the ability to deal effectively with customers, vendors, peers and management.Candidate must exhibit a sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and a willingness to accept constantly changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Business Continuity Plans (disaster recovery plans)Experience with virtual environmentsExperience with backup technologiesExperience with least privilege user scenariosExperience with Application packaging for serversExperience with LinuxProject management experience or certification a plusPreferred someone with Enterprise automation and SCADA system experienceWorking Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.Usually, normal office working conditions.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.Up to 25% travel may be required including overnight travel.Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.Ability to carry computer equipment up to 50 pounds.#LI-CK1
