EHS Manager

Overview Position: EHS Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Company summary: Equipment manufacturing organization in Charlotte, NC. You will lead EHS initiatives to improve health and safety performance across branches. You will implement and work closely with safety programs to ensure effective safety implementation and process improvement. Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Responsibilities Improvement of overall EHS functions within the workplace including creating new safety initiatives, mitigating risks, and driving incident investigation Working with both management and workers to provide clear safety communication and manage an effective workplace balance Assisting with EHS data analysis, trend reporting, and workers' compensation claim reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field 7+ years of industry experience in occupational safety and health OSHA certified or other occupational safety certifications preferred Willingness to travel ~35% of the time Proficiency with safety management software Ability to withstand physical demands such as long-term standing, lifting heavy material, and moving up to 25 pounds Benefits Equal opportunity employer Flexible PTO Rewarding bonus structure If you are interested in the EHS Manager role, please apply.
