Plant Safety Manager

EHS Professional
Engaged, hands-on and collaborative EHS professional with the ability to drive the safety program. Must have at least (5) years of well-rounded, plant level EHS experience within heavy manufacturing operations. Metric-driven approach with the ability to use that data to deliver positive results and continue growing to higher levels within safety.
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field such as safety or environmental.
This position will lead the EHS program for a mid-size manufacturing plant. Provide leadership regarding the administration of the overall EHS program through the development of the EHS strategic plan. Lead plant EHS processes and ensure systems are in place and are highly functioning to maintain compliance with the site regulatory requirements and expectations. Act as the location representative to key internal and external stakeholders.
