Your goal is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live happy, independent lives. Be a Companion: Offer friendship, conversation, and encouragement. Be a Coach: Help individuals learn new skills, pursue their personal goals, and engage with their community. Be a Support: assist with daily living activities, health, and safety, always prioritizing their dignity.
