Lead Treasury Management ConsultantWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Consulting functional areaReview and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management solutions for organizations with revenues of $25 million to $100 millionRecognized expert in treasury management, payments, and liquidity, providing strategic leadership to drive key innovations and emerging trendsSkilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communicationJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position will require 25% of travelThis position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
