AV Technician

*AV Onsite Technician*
*Location:* Watertown, MA
*Overview*
We are seeking acustomer-focused *AV Onsite Technician* to provide white-glove audiovisual support within a technology campus environment.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, ensuring conference rooms, meeting spaces, and AV technologies are fully
functional and supported. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive service mindset, and experience supporting enterprise AV
systems.
*Responsibilities*

* Provide onsite AV support for tenants and end users across conference rooms, meeting spaces, and collaboration environments.
* Assist with meeting planning, room setup, testing, and meeting kickoffs.
* Perform preventative maintenance on AV equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to audiovisual systems.
* Support technologies including Crestron control systems, Biamp audio solutions, and other AV platforms.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
* Monitor meeting room functionality and proactively address potential concerns before they impact users.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible and approachable presence throughout the campus.
* Document issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities as needed.
*Required Skills*

* Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems in a corporate or enterprise environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and conferencing technologies.
* Experience with Crestron systems and Biamp audio technologies.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
* Experience supporting conference rooms, meeting spaces, and end-user technologies.
*Preferred Qualifications*

* Experience supporting executive meetings and high-profile events.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar collaboration technologies.
* Background in corporate audiovisual support or managed services environments.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Watertown, MA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
