Construction Project Specialist

Supporting a growing portfolio of Spark modular data centers, the full-time remote Construction Project Specialist will assist in managing daily construction activities, oversee tenant improvement scopes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Key responsibilities Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, and vendor oversight Support senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, and documentation management Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and ensure compliance with safety practices and site protocols Required qualifications 2-5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with exposure to critical facilities Familiarity with core construction processes such as scheduling, procurement, and documentation Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications Experience working with general contractors and trade partners Proficiency with construction management platforms like Procore or Bluebeam Virtual Vocations Inc
