Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. seeks a Housing Stability Coordinator at our corporate office in Syracuse, NY. The role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing service plans, and coordinating with providers to promote safe, affordable housing. You will deliver individualized case management, supportive counseling, advocacy, and referrals as part of our mission to empower young adults under HUD programs.
