Housing Visions is seeking a Housing Stability Coordinator to support young adults ages 18-25 enrolled in HUD's Youth Homelessness Demonstration (YHDP) program. This role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing service plans, and collaborating with appropriate providers to work together towards healthy, independent living.
