Whether through employment, therapy, respite, or recreation, we're proud to help people of all abilities thrive.We are also proud to be recognized as an Employer of Choice, offering competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and connected to meaningful work.What You'll DoAs a Janitorial Team Member, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities by:Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairways, offices, and common areas.Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and glass surfaces.Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.Communicating supply, equipment, maintenance, or safety needs to the Lead Janitor.Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service. What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
