Servers At Magnolia Glen

The Servers at Magnolia Glen provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.

Schedules: (FT) 6:00 am 2:00 pm (4 days/week) and 6:00 am 11:00 am (1 day/week)

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr (no tips)

Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

What will I do every day?

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school graduate preferred
• Some serving experience preferred

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• Food Handler's certification preferred but will assist in obtaining
