If you enjoy collaboration, problem-solving, and leading complex initiatives in a global environment, this is the opportunity for you.Your main tasksLead customer projects from commercial handoff through successful delivery, ensuring positive customer outcomes and overall project success.Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted relationships through proactive communication, effective issue resolution, and strong stakeholder management.Own project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and change management to deliver commitments on time, on quality, and on cost.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Technical Services to achieve project objectives.Provide regular project governance, performance reporting, and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, commercial objectives, and delivery commitments.Identify and mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and drive timely decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Support commercial activities, including customer requirements reviews, project planning, and proposal development where appropriate.Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project delivery processes, tools, reporting, and best practices to increase efficiency and customer value.Foster a customer-focused and data-driven approach to project execution while contributing to operational excellence across the organization.Your ideal backgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience in project management, customer delivery, professional services, or commercial operations.Proven track record of leading complex customer projects in cross-functional and matrix environments.Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Excellent planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage customer commitments, project risks, and financial objectives.Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Stage-Gate) and project portfolio management tools.Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic global environment.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.Preferred qualificationsExperience in industrial, engineering, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other technical industries.Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging project metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance.Interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.Ability to quickly build credibility with customers, senior leaders, and technical stakeholders.#jobsEMEAEH ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
