Chef - Line Cook

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and portion control
• Utilize scratch cooking techniques to create flavorful dishes
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and food quality standards
• Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment

Required Skills:

• Menu planning experience
• Proficiency in pasta and seafood preparation
• Ability to create visually appealing plate presentations
• Strong knowledge of scratch cooking and batch cooking techniques
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with a la carte and special diets
• Knowledge of pastry making and soup making
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special diets
