We're a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help optimize and scale how MealSuite's Product organization operates. Product operates as three distinct pillars, and this role is the newly created owner of consistency, efficiency, and trust across them. You'll drive process improvements end-to-end, from diagnosing gaps to driving adoption, while serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives without a defined playbook, is energized by ambiguity, and is ready to build the standards, processes, and trust that will move the organization forward.Identify process gaps and own the implementation end-to-end, diagnosis through adoption, including change management and communicationsDesign and continuously improve outcome-based processes for intake, execution, and release, partnering with Agile Delivery on release planning, and prove it's working with dataServe as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience, keeping release schedules and roadmaps clear, honest, and measurableStandardize how feature requests and customer feedback flow to the right teams, and champion consistent workflows across Product, holding the line on adoption, not just documentationBuild the metrics and reporting that give leadership a real-time view of product health.Leverage AI to accelerate and automate product workflows, reducing friction for Product Managers and Product Owners3–6 years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a closely related field, with a track record of designing processes that were actually adopted and drove measurable improvementProven change management experience, communicating the why, driving buy-in, and ensuring adoption, not just defining what should changeComfortable analyzing data to make recommendations, with OKR framework and project health reporting experienceStrong, clear communicator who thrives without close direction or a defined intake process to lean onFamiliarity with PM tools like Jira/ProductBoard, and AI tools like Claude Cowork, are a plus; direct SaaS/product experience is helpful but not requiredUnlimited paid time off – we trust our employees to create balanceRetirement savings support – employer retirement contribution programsHealth benefits – comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage from day oneHybrid flexibility – balance in-person collaboration with remote workCareer development opportunities – we invest in your long-term growthOpportunity to build the standards and processes that shape how our entire Product organization operatesPurpose-driven work that directly improves dining experiences and quality of careCompensation: $90,300 – $105,000 CAD / $112,200 – $120,000 USDWe want to ensure that every qualified individual has an equal opportunity to work with us.
