Recruiting Manager

Innovative Staff Solutions is seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to recruit and manage a travel workforce program for client staffing needs. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and process candidates for open roles and staffing requests. Complete each hiring step accurately to support high-quality hiring decisions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using thorough documentation and timely follow-up. Manage daily onsite office operations, including payroll, invoicing, and required reporting . Partner with clients to understand business needs and effectively manage assigned employees at their locations. Support relationship and business development by engaging clients through phone, email, and in-person communication. Lead team execution by conducting regular staff performance reviews and holding meetings with onsite team leaders (virtual as needed). Address customer and employee satisfaction concerns quickly to help maintain a positive onsite environment. Process new hire paperwork and drug screens . Maintain legal compliance related to Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment requirements . Requirements 4-year degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of customer service experience. Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven leadership track record. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Proficiency with Microsoft Office . Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work effectively despite interruptions. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable and flexible availability for Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm , with overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
