What You'll Do:

• Build and grow powerful relationships with key referral partners.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Engage with customers, close deals, and expand existing partnerships.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools like LUXOR CRM to maximize opportunities.
• Represent Paul Davis at networking, charity, and marketing events.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (bonus points for construction or real estate).
• A hunter mentality—you love chasing and landing big deals.
• A willing, can-do attitude with a drive to win.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
