Senior Director of Food and Nutrition

Canton, GA

Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee a dynamic healthcare dining operation in Canton, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on developing people, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As the Senior Director, you'll lead all aspects of the foodservice operation, drive financial performance, develop talent, and serve as the face of Morrison Healthcare within the hospital.

What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day foodservice operation with a focus on hospitality, quality, and operational excellence.
Manage financial performance by operating within budget while maximizing value for the client.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and frontline associates.
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and collaborate across departments.
Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or healthcare.
Experience managing foodservice operations, including purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls.
Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, catering, and presentation.
Experience managing budgets and P&L performance; contract-managed service experience is a plus.
ServSafe® Certification preferred.
A proactive, forward-thinking leader with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
