This role demands a minimum of 5 years' of experience in clinical development, with a strong background in ophthalmology or dermatology, and a preference for those with significant Phase II experience. The VP will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of clinical development programs, as well as for the preparation of clinical portions of regulatory submissions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to present to various stakeholders are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Vice President of Clinical Development role at the company should ideally hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree with a specialty in ophthalmology.
