Senior Business Analyst Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Pay Rate: $83.00 - $110.00/hour on W2 Contract Length: 10 months Location: Beaumont, TX 77701 Responsibilities Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results. Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects. Facilitates change management efforts associated with project. May write and maintain user documentation. Take care of complex scoping issues, perform project estimation, make recommendation for requirements approach, understand and manage principles of business strategies, etc. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a related role Requirements gathering Visio Strong communication and presentation skills Process mapping MS Office Looking for meaningful work?
