Business Development Manager

A Business Development Professional supports market strategy, customer engagement, and sustains business growth. This role is responsible for developing relationships, supporting and leading pursuit efforts, and partnering with leadership, operations, and the sales/marketing team to position Allstream Services and Rental, LLC. for long-term success in priority markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven professional with experience in oil and gas business development who can balance market planning with hands-on pursuit execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market & Business Development Strategy Client Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts leading up to and throughout the project life cycle, ensuring high client satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and represent the company. CRM Management Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure accurate records of business development activities. Regularly update the CRM with relevant information and maintain data integrity. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.) Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license. Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be able to travel at least 50%. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of the industry including key players, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the industrial and/or heavy commercial construction industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
