You’ll Lead, motivate and hold the sales team accountable Desk and structure vehicle deals while maximizing profitability Coach sales consultants through the sales and closing process Monitor showroom activity, internet leads and follow-up Help the team overcome objections and close customers Track sales performance, gross profit and key performance metrics Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership Develop salespeople and help build a high‑performing team Maintain a professional, positive and customer‑focused sales environment Help achieve monthly sales, volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction objectives What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced automotive dealership Sales Manager who can step in and make an impact.
