Lead Generator / Event Representative
Company: Better Bath
Location: Local Home Depot stores near Concord, CA
Pay: $22–$27/hour + Bonuses

Better Bath is looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to generate leads and drive revenue through retail partnerships and live events. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and driven by results—not just hours—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads
- Build relationships with Home Depot associates to generate referrals
- Set up and manage in-store marketing events
- Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events
- Track performance and consistently push to exceed goals
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Sales-minded with the ability to guide conversations toward action
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Competitive and goal-driven mindset
- Weekend availability (peak earning times)
- High energy and confidence in fast-paced environments
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Strong communication and quick thinking
- Consistent, results-driven work ethic
- Base pay: $22–$27/hour
