Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor. 5+ years PQE Location: Southampton, Hampshire Work pattern: Hybrid working My client is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who enjoys managing their own caseload and advising clients on complex and high-value disputes. The role involves handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, Co-ownership disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate, managing cases from pre‑action through to settlement or trial. As the successful candidate, you will be confident running matters independently, drafting pleadings and court documents, representing clients at hearings and mediations and delivering clear, practical advice with a commercial focus. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills Experience managing a full caseload from start to finish Excellent client care and communication skills Commercial, solutions‑focused approach Desirable Experience supervising or mentoring junior Solicitors Interest in business development and relationship building This is a strong opportunity to progress your litigation career within a high‑performing and supportive team.
