Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting company growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy communicating with clients, and are eager to develop valuable business and sales skills within a supportive professional setting.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Present company services and solutions in a professional manner
Assist with client onboarding and account support
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs
