Branch Manager

Position Overview World Finance is looking for a Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. The role focuses on leading and supporting a team dedicated to helping customers reach financial goals. Key Responsibilities Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by example toward customer care. Thoughtfully manage team members – directing, mentoring, and delegating their daily tasks. Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the right loan to assisting with taxes. Thoughtfully sell new and existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs. Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of your branch team. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Foster relationships in the community that organically drive loan and tax business to the branch. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $45,000 with bonus opportunity. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (full‑time, effective after 30 days). 401(k) plan with company match. Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time. Paid volunteer hours each year. Flexible schedule with occasional local travel and extended hours as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Proven ability to make customers and team members feel understood and taken care of. Willingness to evolve to meet needs and embrace new ideas. Absolute team player – willing to pitch in and accept help. Strong negotiation, strategy, and planning skills. Passion for customer service and quality‑driven problem‑solving. Management experience or a history of strong teamwork; people skills are essential. Positive influence and motivation to grow in leadership. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill job responsibilities. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force. Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
