Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and performance across 5 salon locations Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and salon staff Ensure sales targets, membership growth, and EBITDA goals are consistently met or exceeded Conduct regular store visits and performance audits to maintain brand standards Implement and monitor action plans to improve underperforming locations Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement Lead by example in delivering a world‑class customer experience Qualifications 3+ years of multi‑unit management experience, preferably in retail, fitness, or personal services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable Willingness to travel within assigned region, including overnight stays What We Offer $65,000-80,000 total compensation (base salary + performance‑based bonus) Medical, dental, and vision benefits + other supplemental insurance plans 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Free All Access membership with product discounts Career advancement in a growing brand Ready to Lead and Glow?
