Mental Health Worker, Child and Adolescent Services

This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Beverly Hospital in Amesbury, MA. Under the supervision of the nurse manager, you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm, courteous, and thoughtful interactions with patients and families. Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies. Maintaining an organized, safe, and therapeutic treatment space. Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Accurately documenting patient care activities, including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED. Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment. Preferred: An advanced degree in a human services field. Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
