Customer Service Rep

Our Garner, NC office is looking for a friendly, communicative, and team-spirited person to help us take fantastic care of our customers.

CORE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2+ years experience required
- Answering phone calls and making service appointments
- Treating clients respectfully and providing amazing customer service
- Strategically dispatching employees to upcoming jobs based on location and skill set
- Posting on our social media regularly and professionally responding to comments
- Tackling administrative duties as needed
