Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $19/hr (based on experience)
A growing manufacturing facility in the Holland area is hiring a Skilled Assembly Technician for its window assembly and production team. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity for someone who is very comfortable using hand tools and accurately measuring materials in a manufacturing environment.
If you have hands-on experience using drills, saws, and tape measures - and take pride in building quality products - this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble window components and other products in a production setting
- Use hand tools including drills, saws, and measuring tools
- Accurately read and use a tape measure
- Follow written work instructions and production guidelines
- Assist in different areas of production as needed
- Serve as a "go-to" person on the floor (Lead experience highly preferred)
- Maintain quality standards and take pride in craftsmanship
- Manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or hands-on assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to move between departments as needed
- Lead experience is highly preferred
- 1st shift only
- Manufacturing/Warehouse setting
