Project Administrator: Billing & Contract Coordination
RCI Builders, Inc.
RCI Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to support project teams with billing, contracts and documentation. You will coordinate with PMs and PICs, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate financial records across multiple projects. Qualifications include a strong background in billing, Procore, Sage 100, and construction administration, with 5+ years in A/E or related fields.
